Terms of the Auction:
All purchases are to be paid for in U.S. funds or their equivalent,
during or immediately after the auction by cash, cashier's check or other guaranteed
funds. Company checks will be accepted if accompanied by current bank letter of
credit guaranteeing payment.

to sell your vehicle at the auction?
1. You need the title to your vehicle.
2.
Pay a $30.00 non-refundable registration
fee. (Sellers get 3-opportunities to sell their
vehicles. If you do not sell it the first week,
sellers get 2-additional auctions to sell their vehicle
in, within the next 30 days.) 3. Decide
if you want to represent the
vehicle on the auction block with the auctioneer or have us rep it for
you. 4. If
you decide to accept the high bid for your vehicle, then you just sign the
bill of sale, and normally within 1-hour you will have a check for your
vehicle (minus the seller's fee).

Premium for the use of Credit Cards is posted in the
office. Non-Dealer Purchasers must pay 25% deposit (min down $500) per unit.
Balance due by 5:00 PM next business day in Cash or Certified Check. No vehicle sold will be
released until Paid for in FULL. All vehicles must have a GATE PASS before
being allowed to leave the premises.

Registration for buyers
numbers starts at 8:00am for the Saturday Vehicle
Auction and 4:00pm for the Tuesday Nite Auction.
A $30.00
Annual Membership fee is due upon registering for a Bidder's Number.
A $200 Cash Deposit(non-refundable) is
required at the auction block when a Non-Dealer
is the successful high bidder on a vehicle.
There is a
Buyer's Fee added to each Vehicle purchased (same as the seller's fee to
the left side).
There is a
$35.00 Title Processing fee added to each vehicle purchased.
All equipment and goods will
be sold "as is where is"
The auctioneer reserves the
right to add or delete items to/from the auction.
Buyers are encouraged to make
the inspection prior to the auction.
Children: No children under
the age of 16 years of age are permitted on the auction premises.
No
warranties are expressed or implied by the auto auction.
