Policies for Dealers
Dealers must be registered at this auction and licensed by their state before buying or selling as a dealer. To register use our online forms, and when you come to the Auction go to the New Dealer Registration office and our friendly staff will make sure you have everything you need to be allowed to  bid.  Each vehicle must be paid for with a separate check. Only business checks will be accepted, no personal checks taken.
ATTN: DEALERS:*Special Notice:
Titles Must be turned in by the morning of the Auction or on the Block when you sell the vehicle. If not you will be charged a Title Delay Fee.**NO EXCEPTIONS**  Any vehicle selling for $500.00 or less is AS/IS!!!   NO ARBITRATION.
Terms of the Auction:
All purchases are to be paid for in U.S. funds or their equivalent, during or immediately after the auction by cash, cashier's check or other guaranteed funds.   Company checks will be accepted if accompanied by current bank letter of credit guaranteeing payment.
