To get a bidder's number to buy an automobile:

On Saturday bring a $200 cash deposit (fully refundable if you do not buy an auto)

Only one visitor's pass per bidder number

Must have a valid driver's license (issued by a U.S. State)

Must pay at least 25% of the TOTAL purchase price of the vehicle (or $500, whichever is greater) on Saturday and the remainder of the balance by 5:00pm Monday.  If not paid in full by 5:00pm you surrender all monies paid.

Taxes, tags, and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer!

GREEN LIGHT=VEHICLE READY TO GO, miles under 100,000

YELLOW LIGHT=LISTEN TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT FROM AUCTIONEER, over 100,000

RED LIGHT="AS IS", vehicle sold as is, where is, no arbitration

any vehicle sold under $1500.00 is considered "AS IS"

BLUE LIGHT=TITLE DELAY, seller has 10 working to provide title

Vehicle must be arbitrated within one hour of purchase!

To get a bidder's number to buy furniture, tools and other items:

after 12:00 noon

 A driver's license or other picture ID, cash, certified check or credit card to pay for items.  A ten percent buyers premium applies to all goods.
